Varneo provides design blocks for Bricks Builder, Figma designs, YouTube tutorials, tools including a Design Token Generator, and additional services. Users may access these services under these terms. Reselling our platform content is strictly prohibited.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

• Spread malware or harmful software
• Attempt unauthorized platform or account access
• Engage in fraud or misrepresent information

3. Account Creation and Access

Account creation is required for certain services. Users must be 18 or older to use our platform.

4. Subscription and Payment

Different subscription plans are available with specific limitations. Access to premium services may be suspended for non-payment and restored when payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Varneo owns all platform content, including design blocks, Figma designs, tutorials, and tools. Users may download, copy, and modify content for personal or commercial use. Reselling or redistributing content is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may submit website URLs for remote access to our design blocks library. This submission permits us to use the URL to provide remote access.

7. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms of use violations
• Fraudulent activities
• Security compromise attempts
  Account termination data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

While Varneo isn’t responsible for issues arising from user actions, we will assist with content or service-related problems and continuously improve our tools.

9. Dispute Resolution

Users should contact us through support channels for any platform or service issues. We commit to a prompt resolution.

10. Amendments to Terms

Changes to these Terms will be posted here. Users will receive notification of significant changes via email or website notices.
